Derivative characters/voices of any sort are allowed with credit to the original vocal.

Using AI to modify the character or voice in any way is strictly forbidden; this also goes for using AI to modify the Oto.ini.

Using the characters and vocals in any hateful or unethical way is strictly forbidden.
